At KUSA Approved Kennel the health and happiness of our puppies come first. That’s why every puppy adopted through our platform comes with a comprehensive Health Guarantee, designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your new companion starts life with a strong, healthy foundation. 

1. Vet-Checked & Vaccinated
All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. They are:

• Vaccinated (according to age)
• Dewormed
• Checked for any visible health concerns or genetic issues

2. 7-Day General Health Guarantee
If your puppy is diagnosed by a registered veterinarian with a serious illness within 7 days of arriving home, we will:

• Offer a replacement puppy (when available), or
• Work with you on a fair resolution, including possible reimbursement of vet costs (up to a set amount), depending on the situation
   

3. 12-Month Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy is free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for the first 12 months of life. If such a condition is diagnosed by a vet within this time:

• We may offer a replacement puppy (same breed or equivalent value), or
• Provide a partial refund (depending on the condition and vet documentation)

To keep the Health Guarantee valid, you must:

• Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery for a wellness check
• Provide proper care, nutrition, exercise, and routine vet visits
• Follow vaccination and deworming schedules
• Not breed the puppy (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
   

• Minor or temporary conditions such as parasites, mild infections, or stress-related issues from relocation
• Illnesses caused by neglect, injury, or poor care after the puppy is in your possession
• Hypoglycemia in toy breeds (common and preventable with proper feeding)
   

When you adopt a puppy through us, you will receive:

• Vaccination & deworming record
• Vet health certificate
• Breed and care information
• Our signed Health Guarantee
