 We understand that not everyone can collect their puppy in person — that’s why we offer safe, reliable, and stress-free delivery options across South Africa. Whether you’re in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, or a rural town, we’ll make sure your puppy arrives happy and healthy.

Your puppy’s safety is our top priority. All transporters and flight partners are:

• Registered and compliant with animal welfare regulations
   
• Focused on minimising stress during travel
   

Puppies travel with:

• A clean crate or carrier
   
• A small blanket or toy with familiar scents
   
• Hydration and scheduled potty breaks for road trips 

1. Personal Collection
You're always welcome to collect your puppy directly from us or the breeder. We'll arrange a convenient time for you to meet your pup and go over everything you need to know.

2. Ground Transport (Door-to-Door)
We work with trusted animal transport specialists who offer door-to-door delivery in most parts of South Africa. All drivers are trained in animal care and ensure puppies are transported in clean, comfortable, and temperature-controlled vehicles.

3. Air Travel (Major Cities Only)
For long-distance deliveries, we can arrange puppy flights via approved pet-friendly airlines. Puppies travel in special animal crates in climate-controlled areas, and we only book direct or minimal-stop flights for their comfort and safety.

• Delivery is typically arranged once your puppy is 8 weeks old and has received their first vaccinations.
• Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 5 working days after booking, depending on your location.
• You’ll receive regular updates and tracking where applicable.
